I have discovered that good real estate agents almost everywhere are getting set to FSBO Advertising. They are recognizing that it's more than merely placing a sign post in the front yard. It's really about building human relationships with these dealers who one of these days will become customers. So, while you give your time and energy to assisting these sellers go it alone : the "Law connected with Reciprocity" kicks in. Good blog post.
