De bar em bar

Bêbados de plantão, tremei-vos: dois dos mais queridos bares paulistanos aderiram à internet e agora podem ser visitados virtualmente.

Velho de guerra, o Filial inaugura, hoje, um sofisticado site, com direito a fabriqueta de chopp animada e dados sobre todas as cachaças que lotam as prateleiras do lugar. Dos mesmos donos dos lendários Clube do Choro, Vou Vivendo e Gargalhada, além do Genésio e do Genial (que, aliás, faz um ano hoje), o Filial se consagrou como o primeiro bar a oferecer chopp na Vila Madalena, até então tomada por botecos de cerveja em garrafa. De lá para cá, não passa um dia sem que suas mesas estejam cheias, o chopp Brahma gelado e a conversa animada. No site, além de conhecer os funcionários da casa – os perfis foram feitos por esta blogueira que vos escreve –, o internauta terá acesso às receitas de alguns dos pratos famosos e pode ainda trocar idéias com o Ombardsman Albano Ribeiro, tão bom de texto quanto de copo.

Também estréia sua URL o jovem Barão da Itararé, que em pouco mais de um ano já se consolidou na região da Augusta como uma referência de boa música e bom garfo, além de um delicioso chopp (também Brahma) cremoso e bem-tirado. Seguindo o belo visual art decô do bar, o site foi criado pela designer Suzana De Bonis, a mesma que desenhou este Guindaste. Autor de frases célebres como "Tem políticos cuja vida pública é a continuação da privada" e "A adolescência é a idade em que o garoto se recusa a acreditar que ficará chato como o pai", entre outras pérolas, Barão de Itararé tem suas frases compiladas no site e nas paredes do bar (que fica na esquina da Peixoto Gomide com a Itararé, daí o trocadilho do nome). Coisa rara, o cardápio on line do Barão traz também os preços dos pratos, além de fotos de dar água na boca. Agora, é torcer para que coloquem a receita do Cosmopolitan, o melhor da cidade.

Piss pots, beware: two of the best loved bars in São Paulo have taken to the internet and can now be visited virtually.

The good ol’ Filial is launching today, a sophisticated website, including a li’l animated beer factory and info on all the “cachaças” that stock the bar’s shelves. Owned by the same people who brought you the legendary bars: Clube do Choro, Vou Vivendo and Gargalhada, as well as Genésio and Genial (which is 1 year old today, by the way), Filial has made its name as the first bar to sell draft beer in Vila Madalena, a neighborhood which up to then, had been dominated by bars that sold bottled beers exclusively. There’s not been a day since, when its tables were not full, the Brahma draft beer cold and the conversation spirited. On the website, besides meeting the place’s employees – the profiles were written by the blogger in question -, the internaut will have access to the recipes of some of the famous dishes and can speak to the Ombardsman Albano Ribeiro, as good a speaker as he is a drinker.

Also making its debut in URL, the young Barão da Itararé, which in less than a year has made a mark in the Augusta region as a spot for good food and music, as well as its delicious, creamy and well-drawn draft beer (also Brahma). Following the bar’s beautiful art-deco look, the website was created by the designer Suzana de Bonis, the same one which designed this Guindaste. Author of the quips: “ The public life of some politicians is an extension of their privates” and “Adolescence is the age in which boys refuse to believe that they’ll become just as crabby as their fathers”, among others, Barão de Itararé has its famous phrases gathered on the site and spread on the wall in the bar (which is on the corner of Peixoto Gomide and Itararé, hence the name). A rare thing, the online menu of the Barão features the price of the dishes as well as mouth-watering pictures. Now, keep your fingers crossed and they might just post the recipe of their Cosmopolitan, the best in town.
