Novas ideias, antigas aporrinhações

O advento da Internet modernizou as facilidades e conveniências mas ao mesmo tempo deu novo verniz às aporrinhações que estas conveniências sempre trouxeram. Um exemplo disto é o "Atendimento On-Line" do Submarino. Não sei se é a lentidão no sistema, se é o tipo de regra do atendimento, só sei que foi muito difícil comunicar uma solicitação que eu vou resumir em TRÊS linhas:

NÃO CONSEGUI RECEBER O PEDIDO NA MINHA CASA POR FALTA DE HORÁRIO E QUERO QUE SEJA ENTREGUE NA CASA DA MINHA MÃE.

Segue o diálogo, no qual evidentemente protegi o nome do operador do sistema.
